Booking, Cancellation, and Compensation Rules

How court bookings, payments and cancellations work on PadelHub.

1. General Provisions and User Liability

The user undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date contact details when making a booking (name, phone number, email address).

The user bears full personal responsibility for the correctness of the entered data. Notifications, confirmations, and receipts are sent to the specified contacts. The platform is not responsible for failure to receive notifications if incorrect data was provided.

The PadelHub platform administration acts as software for organizing bookings. Full responsibility for the provision of services, the condition of the sports infrastructure, and the conduct of games rests with the administration of the specific sports club.

2. Refund and Hour Compensation

Monetary refunds (to bank cards or in cash) for cancelled bookings are not provided.

Compensation for a cancelled booking is made exclusively in the form of returning the booked hours to the client's balance (wallet) for that specific club.

Example: If 2 hours worth 1,000 MDL were booked, upon cancellation eligible for compensation, exactly 2 hours are returned to the client's balance, which can only be used for future bookings at the same club.

Hours are returned to the user's balance automatically after the booking cancellation is confirmed.

3. Validity Period of the Balance

Hours accumulated in the wallet from a cancellation have a limited validity period and expire 12 months from the date of accrual if they have not been used for new bookings.

4. Cases Providing for Compensation (Return of Hours)

  • Client-initiated cancellation within the allowed period: Cancellation of a booking by the client within the time frame set by the specific club's rules (standard — at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time).
  • Club-initiated cancellation or Force Majeure: Cancellation of a booking by the club for technical reasons, due to weather conditions, accidents, or emergencies. In this case, hours are returned in full.

5. Cases Where Compensation Is Not Provided

  • Late cancellation: If the client cancels the booking later than the deadline set by the club (e.g., less than 24 hours before the session starts — say, 11 hours prior), compensation in the form of returned hours is not granted, and the paid time is forfeited.
  • The club reserves the right to restrict online booking capabilities for accounts that systematically violate cancellation rules or generate false loads on the court schedule.
